What is Synova Scrub?

What surfaces can I use Synova Scrub on?

The Synova Electric Scrub is safe and effective on a wide range of surfaces, including:

Is Synova Scrub waterproof?

The Synova Electric Scrub is water-resistant (IPX7 rated), meaning it can safely be used in wet areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and around sinks. While it can handle splashes and brief exposure to water, it should not be fully submerged. Always keep the charging port dry and ensure the device is turned off before cleaning the brush heads under running water.

An IPX7 rating means the device is protected against water immersion up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.

Returns & Warranty

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Synova Electric Scrub, simply contact our customer service team to arrange a return or exchange. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the Synova Electric Scrub comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Please keep your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
